Q) Is there a minimum or maximum amount?
A) The minimum transaction amount is $500. There is no maximum.

Q) How much does it cost?
A) The monthly rental amount is based on the (ex GST) price of the equipment and the rental term chosen.
A quote can be obtained from Flexirent, or can be estimated by using our Fast Quote tool.

Q) How do customers pay?
A) All payments are automatically direct debited from the customer’s nominated bank account or credit card (Visa, Bankcard or MasterCard).

Q) How do customers apply?
A) Simply call Flexirent on 1800 240 102. The customer will speak with one of our experienced consultants who will complete the credit application with absolute confidentiality and discretion.
Upon approval, the paperwork is faxed immediately to the point of sale for signing. Once the paperwork is signed, the customer can then take the goods home with them.
Q) What type of questions do we ask during the application process?
A) In most circumstances, we simply need to obtain some basic personal and financial details. We will require the customer’s consent to conduct a credit check with a credit reporting agency.

Q) Can the Agreement be cancelled or terminated early?
A) Generally No. Consumer lease customers have a statutory right to return the equipment and pay the termination amount determined in accordance with their agreement.
Customers may at any time contact Flexirent to obtain a payout quote and the amount will depend on whether the customer wishes to return or make an offer to purchase the equipment and whether the customer wishes to tradeup to a new Flexirent agreement (which would entitle the customer to a discount over the normal payout amount).

Q) Who is responsible if the equipment breaks down?
A) With EzyWay, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repairs of your leased equipment. We strongly recommend that all equipment be covered for the whole term of the rental term by an extended warranty that covers you after the manufacturer's warranty has expired. Check on this with your supplier. If the equipment does break during the manufacturer's warranty period, call the manufacturer or your supplier. After that time, call the extended warranty provider.

Q)
Who is responsible if the equipment is lost, stolen or damaged ?
A) You will be responsible if your rented equipment is lost, stolen or damaged. You will have to continue your rental payments and return the equipment to us at the end of the rental term. For your protection we require that all rented equipment be insured.
What is EzyWay Protect
If you have selected EzyWay Protect you do not have to go through the hassle of getting your equipment insured, it is all taken care of. Flexirent retains and bears the risk of accidental loss or damage to the Equipment anywhere in Australia or occurring anywhere in the world during a trip of not more than 28 days duration. What is EzyWay Protect Platinum
If you selected EzyWay Protect Platinum you will have a convenient solution where if the equipment is lost, stolen or accidentally damaged, Flexirent will replace, repair or payout your agreement. You do not have to go through the hassle of getting your equipment insured, it is all taken care of.
Ezyway Protect Platinum also covers you against involuntary unemployment, disablement, terminal illness and death.

Q) What happens at the end of my lease?
A) At the end of your EzyWay rental term, you have the flexibility to:
- EzySwap
update or swap old for new
- EzyKeep
make one additional month's rental payment after the full term and it's yours to "keep"*
- Make us an offer to buy
- Return the goods
if you no longer need them at the end of term
It's a lot smarter to keep your options open regarding your future equipment needs, rather than being forced to commit to owning the equipment right now. At the end of the term you can decide what you want to do with the equipment, and if you only want to purchase some of your rental equipment, you can return the unwanted equipment easily.

Q) What is rental?
A) Rental:
- Rental is a monthly payment allowing for customers to use equipment for the rental period.
- Designed for equipment with a short life-span (i.e. electrical equipment, digital cameras)
- Customers do not own the goods at the end of term
- Minimum EzyWay transaction is $500
- EzyWay terms are two, three, four and five years
- Customers also have the option to return the goods at the end of term with no further obligation
