Please note:

The savings achieved from the Flexipak Program are directly attributed to the Fringe Benefits Tax exemption.  To ensure the prevention of abuse derived from the exemption, the ATO has limited the reimbursement to only one notebook / laptop computer per Fringe Benefits Tax Year (1st April – 31st March) per employee.  Employers who have entered into a Residual Benefit Agreement with Flexirent avoid this limitation.

Equipment must be primarily used for employee's employment in oder to e FBT exempt to salary package.
