Apart from the very tangible and highly appreciated savings that Flexipak brings to your staff, their may be considerable savings to the Employer - up to 17% of every dollar that is packaged.

How it works

  1. You get the benefit of the GST savings - 10%
    Flexirent payments include 10% GST. As the employer is making the payment on behalf of the staff, the GST can be claimed by the employer.
  2. You save on payroll tax - up to 6.5%
    As the staff are effectively receiving their salary by sacrificing the amount sacrificed is money you don't have to pay pay roll tax on. The savings will depend on the state legislation pay roll tax rates and thresholds.
  3. You save on Workers Compensation Insurance - 0.5%
    Workers Compensation Insurance is calculated on the total payroll. As the salary is being reduced, so too is the payroll and the WCI to be paid
